My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were immaculate, spacious, and nicely decorated. The service was top-notch, with all staff being friendly and efficient. The location was ideal for exploring North Wales, just a short walk from local amenities, the harbor, and the castle. The dining experience, although booking was a bit awkward, offered excellent choices. Overall, a wonderful experience with just a minor issue pertaining to payment convenience.

My stay at the hotel was delightful. The rooms were spacious, airy, clean, and very comfortable, offering great views of the Castle walls and hills. However, the lack of privacy due to uncovered windows was a downside during the early evening.
